Associate Community Manager, Gamification
to join the Community and learning team, in one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.

Work Location:
Remote - anywhere in the US Duration:
11-12 months contract Pay Range:
$26/hr to $36/hr
Responsibilities: Engage with the community on their online community platform and Slack. Create internal content that incorporates data-driven analysis and recommendations. Develop and enforce community guidelines. Help manage the gamification program, including troubleshooting issues and developing new engagement initiatives. Assist in managing their online leader ambassador program. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience
is required. Online community management experience is a huge plus. Ability to learn new software quickly. Software Experience (being comfortable) - going into backend of gamification system doing setup and troubleshooting. Must be a clear, enthusiastic, and effective written communicator. Independent, proactive, and creative thinker. Able to organize, prioritize, and juggle tasks effectively. Experience with Lithium/Khoros or other community software, Trello, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Bunchball/Nitro, and Excel is a plus but not a requirement.
