Mid-Senior level Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Marketing to work with the VP, Marketing on the commercialization efforts for our innovative diagnostic testing service providing support for marketing activities including lead generation, market positioning, digital and event marketing and sponsorship programs. This role will play a pivotal part in bringing new diagnostic tests to market and driving adoption. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing within the diagnostics industry, experience supporting reimbursement processes related to external audiences, and expertise in full funnel marketing activities. What You’ll DoMarket Strategy Development:

Implement the go-to-market strategy for new diagnostic tests, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and value proposition development. Work with the VP, Marketing to conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities. Work with internal direct to physician sales team to support messaging and tools for adoption. Product Launch

Execute all aspects of product launches, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and clinical use cases working in tandem with the VP, Marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations) to deliver a seamless launch experience. Reimbursement Strategy

Implement marketing strategies to support reimbursement pathways, including Medicare and private payer coverage. Partner with market access and payer teams to articulate the clinical and economic value of tests. Lab-Developed Test Enablement

Oversee marketing initiatives to support lab-developed test strategies, including customer education and operational enablement. Work closely with laboratory partners to create co-marketing programs that promote test adoption. Content And Campaign Management

Create compelling marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, and digital campaigns, that highlight the test’s clinical value. Manage multi-channel campaigns to build awareness and drive demand among healthcare providers, labs, and other stakeholders. Lead the monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting for team activities, marketing programs performance, and marketing analytics e.g. customer engagement data analytics. Stakeholder Engagement

Build relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and advocacy groups/Neurological societies to support blood-based biomarker test adoption and credibility. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to position it as a leader in diagnostics innovation. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences. 8+ years of experience in marketing within the diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare industries. Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement processes and payer dynamics. Expectations, Competencies, Skills & Abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
