Essence of the role (Role's Purpose): This role focuses on driving brand growth and consumer engagement through shopper marketing strategies for Renew Life, Rainbow Light, NeoCell, and Natural Vitality brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends, within the natural products channel. The Shopper Marketing Manager will support in-store planning, bring brand strategy to life, and drive conversions through effective messaging, executing promotions, and in-store elements. Collaboration with the cross functional teams is essential, as is maintaining retail marketing calendars and staying updated on retailer tactics and trends. Attention to detail, budget planning, and data-driven recommendations are key. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and independent team player.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities): • Shopper insights & strategy development: Utilize consumer and shopper insights to create tailored marketing strategies that address the needs of different retail channels, including natural grocery and supplement stores, health food retailers, e-commerce platforms, and more. Leverage data and analytics to identify shopper trends, purchasing behavior, and opportunities to optimize the customer experience. • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement shopper marketing campaigns that drive trial, conversion, and brand loyalty at the point of purchase. Coordinate the execution of in-store promotions, digital campaigns, displays, in-store demos and sampling programs to elevate brand visibility and influence shopper decisions. • Retailer & Distributor Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to ensure successful program execution and alignment with retail priorities. Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to optimize trade spending and promotional strategies across retail accounts. • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with brand marketing, product development, and digital teams to ensure shopper marketing programs are aligned with overall brand strategies. Work closely with creative team to develop materials such as point-of-sale displays, window campaigns, digital assets, and promotional content that resonate with shoppers. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of shopper marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Track ROI for various programs, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales and growth objectives. • Budget Management: Manage the shopper marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investment. Oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials within the allocated budget. • New Business Development: Collaborate with Sales team to develop exciting and innovative programs for new business opportunities. • Natural Products Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends and innovations in the natural products space, including retail trends, consumer preferences, product categories, and competitive landscape.

Ingredients Required (Qualifications): • Bachelors' degree Marketing, Communications, Public Relations • Advanced Power Point and Excel skills is a must • 2-4 years in a marketing role or past internships • Experience in planning, delivering, and measuring results • Proactive personality and careful attention to detail • Ability to successfully multitask and meet deadlines while remaining flexible and be able to pivot when priorities change. • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. • Experience in the natural products industry is a plus
