to join its
Marketing Operations Team
as a
SFMC Solution Architect
for an Ongoing Temporary Assignment with the Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent.
In this role, you will leverage the organization's Salesforce Marketing Technology Stack. This requires strong expertise in SFMC and the ability to make technical decisions to optimize usage of the platform. You must have strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure the delivery of personalized, data-driven marketing solutions.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). HTML. AMPscript. SQL.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Five Plus (5+) years in the Architect. Ten Plus (10+) years Overall experience. Working hours of 9am-5pm (Eastern). Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Expert knowledge of AMPscript. Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) standard methodologies and functionality including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
MUST. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
preferred. Salesforce Certifications
plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Configuration of journeys and campaigns utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Optimize email templates, dynamic content, and personalization through AMPscript and Content Builder. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaigns and workflows. Leverage SQL knowledge for advanced segmentation. Provide technical documentation, guidelines, and training as needed. Assist with integrations between any technologies to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Partner with CRM owners on to ensure data integrity, including email preferences captured within CRM, and identify data enrichment opportunities. Utilize Data Cloud to create and activate segments to pass to SFMC.
