- Own and maintain the design system and component library.
- Create and manage platform designs, including core features and workflows.
- Build scalable component libraries using Figma variables and design tokens.
- Finalize and push designs for development.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineering teams and product leads to ensure seamless implementation.
- Continuously evolve designs to meet user and business needs.
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with strong proficiency in Figma.
- 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Proven expertise in:
- Day-to-day platform designs.
- Scalable component libraries.
- Utilizing Figma variables and design tokens.
- Designing core features and workflows.
- Close collaboration with product and development teams.
- Dynamic mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
