- Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and materials for advertising campaigns.
- Enter sales orders into our Traffic system.
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely execution.
- Supply sales materials and proposals to clients as needed.
- Prepare daily station logs as directed.
- Manage and maintain sales databases inside of station CRM.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Collaborate with the programming and production teams to ensure client advertisements are aired as scheduled.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management review.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and promotions.
- High School graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with an elevated level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in broadcast traffic systems. Usage in Wide Orbit a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
- Ability to work in and around active/busy office environments.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Work is performed in a typical office environment.
