The Sales Coordinator will support our sales team across our Audio and Digital divisions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, an inquisitive attitude, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and materials for advertising campaigns.
  • Enter sales orders into our Traffic system.
  • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely execution.
  • Supply sales materials and proposals to clients as needed.
  • Prepare daily station logs as directed.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases inside of station CRM.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Collaborate with the programming and production teams to ensure client advertisements are aired as scheduled.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management review.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events and promotions.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School graduate preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with an elevated level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in broadcast traffic systems. Usage in Wide Orbit a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
