Position Summary:The role of Marketing Specialist at Richman Property Services will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy, developing, and managing campaigns, and tracking results. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. With a focus on delivering unparalleled customer service and fostering a secure, welcoming environment, our mission is clear.Responsibilities:Research target markets to identify customer needs, analyze customer behavior, and develop insights into how best to reach target customersDevelop, implement, and track effective marketing campaigns across multiple channelsExecute the strategic plan across all channels, including email, social media, digital campaigns, and traditional offline advertising. etc.Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and maximize visibility across search engine platformsCoordinate various teams, including creative design, product development, operations, and ITMonitor competitors' activities and create action plans accordinglyMonitor website analytics and performance to identify opportunities for improvementTrack the performance of marketing programs both online and offline using appropriate analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Knock and Rentcafe CRMCoordinate with agencies or vendors as necessary.Work collaboratively with the onsite teams to plan and coordinate outreach marketing strategies, events, business partnerships, and Perks Partner opportunities.
