Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for creating social media assets (film reels, graphics in Canva, going Live on the channels), reaching out to creators for collaborations, and more. Expertise in Instagram and TikTok is a must. Passion for Fashion, Beauty, and Pop Culture. Photography and Graphic Design experience is a MUST. Responsibilities: Create engaging content, collaborate with creators, schedule posts, and foster a positive community around our brand. Write compelling, on-brand copy – often under tight deadlines – that fits the specific goals of each initiative. Create and coordinate content with social influencers for paid and unpaid influencer marketing programs across various channels. Design, edit, and publish content that showcases our products, engages our audience, and drives brand awareness. Plan and schedule content across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and timing. Support community management/audience interaction as needed. Develop, pitch, and execute audience growth strategies for our Instagram and TikTok channels. Assist in management of influencer partnerships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, content collaboration, and campaign logistics. Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in managing influencer partnerships and campaigns. Must have a great eye for visual design aesthetics. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Benefits: Hourly Pay is $20 to $24 DOE. Paid Time Off.
