Job Description Develops technical systems support and knowledgebase documents;
Reviews and approves content to be published to a centralized knowledgebase;
Develops technical system implementation and configuration documentation and related technical support user guides and procedures guides;
Develops end user training documentation and guides;
Reviews, validates and updates technical system and support documents Skill set info 7+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or related fields, with a focus on technical systems. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Certifications (if required) Documentation Required for submission Customer references (name, title, company name, address, telephone number, and email address)
should be provided for each project cited in the resume. Work Hours The work location is onsite. Although there is no mandatory daily start and end time for Contractor personnel, hours worked
should be within the State's core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. In addition, Contractor
personnel may be required to work on State holidays, weekends and hours outside of the State's
