THE JOB:

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative creative concepts across platforms including video, out-of-home (OOH), email, digital signage, social media, print, and collateral. You’ll craft compelling campaigns and content that resonate with audiences, inspire action, and drive business growth—all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

1. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and digital teams to create cohesive and engaging ad campaign concepts.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure adherence to brand standards and budgets.
3. Partner with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media.
4. Oversee production processes, from hiring vendors to executing concepts.
5. Direct and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to project goals.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and incorporating emerging technologies and techniques to enhance creative outcomes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Previous experience in advertising or creative roles, with a strong focus on campaign development.
3. Advanced creative problem-solving and typography skills.
4. A portfolio that showcases diverse advertising campaigns that highlight your ability to tell stories across platforms.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
6. Knowledge of integrated marketing and digital/social media best practices.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
