We are looking for highly motivated and talented candidates who will review generated data demonstrations and provide human feedback to train LLMs. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence.

This is a nine month fixed temporary assignment.

As an AI Content Writer, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing machine and human generated demonstrations in order to generate preference data for training purposes.
  • Working on clearly defined use cases, but leveraging a high degree of judgement to produce preference data.
  • Operating with autonomy.
  • Leveraging and demonstrating expertise in a wide array of competencies such as Computer Science, Literature, Music, Mathematics, Economics, and Travel.
  • Identifying issues and proactively reporting operational challenges.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities at process/function level.
  • Supporting small to medium scale process improvement projects.
  • Contributing to mentoring/training junior data associates on an ongoing basis.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to process and conducting root cause analysis if required.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Creating original and engaging content across multiple work types to train LLMs.
  • Writing clear, concise, factually and grammatically correct responses that adhere to the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and style guidelines.
  • Proofreading and editing content to ensure high-quality standards, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Researching and verifying content quality based on Content Guidelines.
  • Performing quality checks by reviewing and proofreading; providing feedback and training to coworkers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor quality progress and investigate quality variations.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the subject matter expert (SMEs) for processes and collaborating with stakeholder teams.
  • Supporting leadership, business, and technical teams by actively participating in training and project/program management.

Hourly Pay: $23.90/hr

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English, demonstrating language proficiency in verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in content writing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on creative writing, technical writing, or AI technology.
  • Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Arabic, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, Chinese, Russian, Hebrew or Dutch.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to suit various style guidelines and customers.
  • Ability to make logical decisions while performing tasks even when provided information is ambiguous.
  • Understanding of academic integrity, e.g., plagiarism.
