System Pavers is the largest outdoor remodeling company in the US and is continuing to grow across the country. We’re looking to expand our team with an Associate Creative Director. In this position, you’ll lead the Creative Team (Content and Design) and be a bridge between performance marketing and creative departments. You’ll be a champion for the System Pavers brand, overseeing graphics and content marketing to create performance-based marketing materials and help educate and engage future customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Creative Team (Design and Content). Daily work includes hands-on asset creation, project management, vendor management, and design review/coaching for the team.
  • Create impactful direct marketing creative, including Paid Social, Emails, Print, Website, and Project Management. Copy, Photo/Video are included as well.
  • Manage Creative Requests using Wrike as a management platform.
  • Set strategies for graphics, content, photo, and video production.
  • Be a guardian of the brand, helping to evolve, define, and refine the guidelines.
  • Ensure projects are on time, on-brand, and within scope.
  • Craft strategic marketing plans to develop compelling assets that drive customer action and grow the brand. Lead and manage integrated campaigns.
  • Drive a testing environment and collaborate with marketing channel teams on performance analysis, reporting results and findings to create a culture of continual improvement.
  • Provide direction to the team and deliver creative recommendations, including overall design best practices, department planning, hours, and efficiency.
  • Continue to develop Value propositions, Features, and define our Key Benefits for our customers.
  • Inspire creativity and encourage creative thinking!

Experience & Skills:

  • 5-10+ years in a marketing role with expertise in performance or direct marketing.
  • Experience with content strategy, brand, and building compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience as an Art Director or Associate Creative Director with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience managing individuals.
  • A history of successfully working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Experience in developing strategic briefs for channels and creative partners.
  • Ability to guide creative direction through clear, effective communication.
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
  • Passion for growth and life-long learning.

This position is a full-time role that offers competitive compensation. The job is mainly remote, with occasional travel required to meet with teams in person.
