Senior Brand Manager & Senior Graphics Designer full time

We are seeking an accomplished Brand Manager & Senior Graphics Designer with deep expertise in brand strategy, graphic design, and digital marketing. This dual role demands a strategic, creative leader with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a comprehensive understanding of cold outreach techniques, email marketing, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be an expert in driving high-level brand initiatives and producing compelling visual content that elevates our brand’s image in a competitive market.

  • Brand Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that drive awareness, growth, and loyalty across key markets. Ensure the brand’s messaging is consistently elevated through all marketing channels.
  • Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including cold outreach strategies, to engage prospects and increase brand presence. Manage both digital and offline campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Email Marketing: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for engagement, conversion, and customer retention. Segment audiences and personalize content to deliver high-impact messages.
  • Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities for brand expansion, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Continuously analyze the performance of brand initiatives, including email marketing metrics, cold outreach effectiveness, and ROI. Report findings to senior leadership and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Expert-Level Adobe Skills: Produce high-end, visually striking content across various digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, advertisements, and product packaging. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a must.
  • Visual Branding Consistency: Ensure all creative assets reflect the brand’s identity, aligning with the company’s luxury positioning while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Cold Outreach Visuals: Design visually captivating email templates for cold outreach campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences, ensuring they are optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  • Web & Digital Design: Design responsive web assets and social media content to maintain consistency and drive engagement across platforms. Basic HTML and CSS skills are a plus to enhance the integration of visual designs into digital environments.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction of all marketing materials, providing design expertise to marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure high-impact visuals that communicate the brand’s narrative.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management, particularly in premium or luxury brand sectors.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design with an impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end design projects.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, SMS marketing (platforms such as Odoo ERP, Twilio, MailChimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot), including segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies, including cold email and outreach design, to engage prospects, build relationships, and drive conversions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms and analytics tools to manage, track, and optimize campaigns.
  • Expertise in building email templates that are both aesthetically pleasing and conversion-focused.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, social media, and online brand presence.
  • Deep understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
