Role Overview

GOAT is seeking an experienced Product Photographer to join our New Jersey-based team. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Photography and will oversee the photography process to ensure quality and numbers are maintained daily at our New Jersey studio for sneakers and apparel. Future candidates must be extremely detail oriented and have a strong sense of color and exposure balance. You will ensure the photography studio is executing a seamless process that enables the production of efficient and high quality images.

In this role, you will:

  1. Oversee product photography workflow; allocating resources to daily capacity and managing logistics to and from shoots.
  2. Become the point of contact between all cross-functional teams for all New Jersey-based photo and operational initiatives and queries.
  3. Daily photography needs: shooting sneaker assets for all brands, including merchandising and socials.
  4. Be able to receive and ship out boxes weekly in a thorough and efficient manner.
  5. Ensure daily numbers are being hit at the studio, plus making sure quality aligns with GOAT standards.

We are looking for:

  1. Previous experience working in studio production or studio operations.
  2. Proven ability to work under pressure and under strict internal and external deadlines.
  3. Detail-oriented and organized, must have administrative and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication and multi-tasking skills.
  5. An innovative, commercial and strategic thinker.
  6. Working knowledge of retouching with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  7. Knowledge of Google Suite.
  8. Capture One and tethered shooting.
  9. Canon knowledge preferred.
  10. A team player with a positive attitude.
