Job Profile

Responsibilities:

  1. User research and preparing for it
  2. Research analysis and presentation
  3. Collaborating with the stakeholders and analyzing the customer
  4. Design and prototype responsive web and mobile interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience.
  5. Creating wireframes and prototypes with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  6. Develop creative and innovative design solutions
  7. Constantly measure how designs are performing
  8. Staying updated with the latest design trends and new tools for UI/UX Design
  9. Conduct research to determine users’ digital interactions and habits
  10. Develop UI/UX strategies based on the company’s needs, goals, and requirements
  11. Create and maintain digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  12. Collaborate with designers to develop a seamless user interface
  13. Analyze current assets and identify areas for improvement
  14. Work with developers and designers to implement improvements in user systems
  15. Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  2. 1+ years of experience in front-end development
  3. 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design or development
  4. Wireframing and Prototyping using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc
  5. User research & testing
  6. Web accessibility best practices
  7. Experience designing interfaces and creating clickable prototypes using tools such as Sketch and InVision
  8. Experience analyzing user behavior to improve user experiences
  9. Thorough knowledge of CSS, CSS preprocessor tools, and extension languages such as Less or Sass
  10. Thorough knowledge of HTML5 best practices
  11. Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  12. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
  13. Basic understanding of front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular (preferred).

Skill Sets*

  4. Ability to create visually engaging designs
