Job Summary

This role is for an experienced UX Research Specialist who will guide product, design, and marketing teams by transforming their questions into clear research goals and actionable insights. The successful candidate will plan, conduct, and synthesize a wide range of research projects to deepen our understanding of our customers, identifying clear opportunities for growth and improvement. This position requires a proactive problem solver who can work independently across various teams, ensuring research aligns with company goals and drives actionable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to define clear research objectives and methodologies.
• Plan and execute end-to-end research projects, synthesizing results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Educate teams on research best practices, contributing to a culture of quality and evidence-based decision making.
• Collaborate with data teams to integrate various data sources for a holistic view.
• Facilitate ideation sessions to turn research insights into actionable product or design strategies.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in qualitative research methods and tools.
• Strong synthesis and communication skills to articulate insights clearly.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Industry Experience Required

Previous experience in UX/design research, particularly within Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), behavioral science/design, or similar fields.
