We are seeking a Product Marketer on a contract basis who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and driving innovation in workplace technology. In this role, you will lead the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy for AI-driven user experiences, shaping how the company delivers intelligent, seamless, and engaging interactions for users. You will work closely with various teams across the organization to create compelling narratives and execute high-impact marketing strategies.

This is impactful work that will directly influence end users' experience, helping to shape the future of workplace technology. This role is hybrid (3x days/week) in Pleasanton, CA or San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Strategic Storyteller: Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse customer personas, simplifying complex concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Lead Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships across product management, sales, customer experience, marketing, and external partners.
  • Drive Product Excellence: Partner to build product strategy by bringing customer and market insights directly into product discussions.
  • Deliver Impactful Results: Manage multiple high-stakes projects and consistently deliver results that drive user adoption, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Passion for User Experience: Genuine interest in how great user experiences can transform work.
  • Self-Driven and Curious: Proactively seeks answers and solutions, demonstrating natural curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent at storytelling and translating complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messages.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving successful product launches and initiatives.
  • Collaborative and Relationship-Focused: Experience navigating a matrixed environment to achieve shared objectives.
  • Experience with B2B and/or SaaS is a plus.
