Key Responsibilities:Outreach Program - Serve as the liaison between Florida Orthopaedic Institute and each high school.Negotiating marketing activities under the Outreach program for approximately 15 local high schools. Managing all marketing activities including, but not limited to events and collateral.Set up and execution of High School AOW program. Contact coaches, parents, athletes and ATC's. Manage all submissions, press releases, etc.Maintain collateral and inventory list, including stocking and maintaining collateral in all clinic office zones.rack and monitor inventory of merchandise/promotional items.Ensure collateral items are up to date.Responsible for being the liaison with all vendors and ordering collateral.Manage video content and multimedia projects including conducting Facebook Lives and podcasts.Serve as point person for radio spots and coordinating physician participants.Responsible for internal newsletters design, layout, collecting all information, etc.Serve as point person and expert for reputation management platform database.Responsible for tracking monthly Google Star ratings by clinic location.Facilitates new physician onboarding bios and headshots.Assists with website updates in WordPress.Supports staff recognition program projects.Promote physicians and services through public relations initiatives. Qualifications:Professional and positive demeanor;Outstanding verbal, writing, and editing skills;Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and with multiple deadlines;Critical thinking, active listening, and follow up skills;Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;Ability to periodically visit local high schools.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Canva and InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
