Job Description

Unrivaled is looking for a Studio Traffic Manager to join our Salt Lake City team. If you thrive on keeping creative chaos under control, are a pro at managing schedules, and have a knack for solving problems before anyone even knows they exist, this might be your perfect fit.
This in-person role is all about ensuring our team runs like a well-oiled machine while keeping the creativity flowing. You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and leadership to keep everything on track, on time, and as smooth as freshly polished chrome.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Flow Master: Manage the day-to-day traffic of projects through the studio, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right tasks at the right time.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Anticipate roadblocks and tackle them head-on to keep things moving smoothly.
Schedule Whisperer: Build and maintain detailed schedules for projects, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing creativity or quality.
Communication Guru: Act as the go-to person between teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
Process Keeper: Develop and refine workflows to make sure our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Gatekeeper: Protect the time and focus of our creative team by managing priorities and serving as the first line of defense for new requests.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role (traffic management, project coordination, or studio management).
Skills:
Master multitasker who can juggle schedules, resources, and shifting priorities with ease.
Excellent communicator who can navigate between teams, leadership, and clients with confidence and tact.
Organized to the point of obsession and skilled with project management tools (we use Teamwork and Google Suite).
Personality:
A natural problem solver who thrives under pressure.
Approachable, collaborative, and a true team player.
A sense of humor and a love for organized chaos (because that’s how we roll).
