The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.THE ROLEThe Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for working with the Warped Tour team to execute marketing content distribution strategies across traditional and new media platforms while developing new digital & traditional marketing business opportunities and growth. This role requires an experienced marketing manager to assist the Warped Tour team in developing the strategic plan for all digital channels, OOH, print, radio and grassroots marketing campaigns. This position will be fully in office.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate scalable growth plans and marketing campaigns with high-impact solution sets to maximize opportunity optimizationOversee and manage day-to-day marketing plan implementation and budgetsOversee a team of contractors and agencies to ensure marketing efforts are relevant and constantly refreshedAnalyze past performances of related events to determine how to reach targeted demographic for maximum ticket salesOversee effective street team and grassroots marketing efforts with internal teams and local market contactsDrive integration of our paid marketing and social media strategiesAssess program effectiveness in collaboration with analytics team, setting KPIs, overall measurement of result and streamline communicationParner with internal Vans Warped Tour stakeholders responsible for the overall health and execution of the project insuring the longevity of the brand.Maintain and build relationships with outside media, vendors, partners and shareholders to accomplish daily objectivesDrive promotional opportunities, including contests and sweepstakes, national programs and sponsorshipsResearch, understand, measure and experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage technology to achieve overall marketing objectives and goalsEnsure all asset requests are completed timely to keep campaign on scheduleProvide valuable insight, development, and implementation in continuous process improvement initiativesMaintain an understanding of and execute against music entertainment and other industry trendsManage full employee lifecycles (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management) for members on the team directly and partnering teamsRecruit, hire onboarding and train various team membersOther special projects and tasks as assigned as neededQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field5+ years' experience in entertainment marketing or event production background preferredStrong multi-channel marketing experience including social/digital mediaExperience booking OOH marketing campaignsExperience working radio station campaigns including terrestrial and Sirius XMSuccessful management of multiple clients, teams, and budgetsSolid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practicesDemonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Analytics and CRM softwareExperience running reports and exporting data from Google Analytics, email service providers, CRM and other platformsStrong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and measurement approachesKnowledge of digital media planning, buying, and optimizationFamiliarity with maintaining, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaignsExperience in modern Rock music event marketing & an extensive knowledge of the genreWORK ENVIRONMENTMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments while working on various site locationsMust be willing to travel to work and travel to events during holidays, evening, and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work eventsApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYInsomniac strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state or federal law.HIRING PRACTICESThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
