Design & Selections Coordinator Job at Vertical Builders, LLC in Henrico

The Design and Selections Coordinator position will manage the product offerings for our Design Center and meet with clients to help guide them through the selection process. The right candidate will provide a welcoming, exciting, and knowledgeable selection experience for new clients. After completing a selection meeting, clients should come away feeling informed and educated while also feeling delighted and confident with their choices.  

$50,000 - $70,000

• Provide exceptional customer service- ensure the customer feels comfortable with decisions and comes away feeling informed, educated, and confident with their choices.
• Develop a rapport with clients to determine their needs and desires
• Guide clients through the finish selection process in the Design Center
• Accurately note all selections
• Provide pricing for any requested upgrades
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Audit, update, and maintain the design center-
• Establish standard selection packages for each area of a home
• Input approved client selections and addendums into our software system within 24 hours

• Ability to listen to client's needs and desires and provide proper guidance and solutions
