DIY Media Group is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with these traits to join our BookBaby team! The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for designing, copywriting, targeting, and deploying ads across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Design digital ads for a variety of books of all genres for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn
• Write copy for ads and identify appropriate targeting audience
• Write and edit promotional metadata for our titles
• Work closely with fellow BookBaby team members to ferociously refine and make continuous improvements to product lines, services, customer-facing assets and overall customer service
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience

Pre-requisites

• Working knowledge of publishing business and advertising markets
• Experience working in Canva and popular social media platforms
• Experience with Adobe CS Suite preferred

Special Skills Required

• Must have good communication, language and verbal skills
• Advanced non-programming computer skills required
• Superior attention to detail required
• Ability to make error free data updates
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Physical Demands:
• Must be able to work at computer and telephone station for 90% of day.
