Maya Ratcliff, founder of Hawaii Fluid Art, developed her proprietary method of fluid art using acrylic paints and a special pouring medium. As word spread by students thrilled at seeing what they could create, the demand grew. Ratcliff opened the first Hawaii Fluid Art studio in Waikoloa, HI.
Given the the great success of her Waikoloa studio, she decided to turn her business into a franchise which since has spread across the U.S. and is now coming to Noblesville at the Hamilton Town Center.
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Art Instructor/ Sales Associate to join our team.
As an Art Instructor/ Sales Associate, you will help customers create beautiful pieces of fluid art and related artifacts and assist them with their shopping needs, providing a unique and excellent experience.

Responsibilities
- Teach fluid and resin art to individuals and groups of customers of all ages
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to best help customers with their products and art class selections
- Greet each customer with a smile
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company
- Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales
- Collect payments by cash and credit card
- Issue receipts and refunds tom customers
- Take responsibility for stocking, inventory and store maintenance
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team and customer-focused environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to work at offsite events (e.g., fairs, farmers’ markets, etc)
