Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience plus $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday; some weekends
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; some evenings
Position:
Our Blood Institute is looking for a Communications Coordinator II in Oklahoma City who performs all responsibilities of a Communication Coordinator II while providing strategic, data-driven advice to stakeholders to optimize communication and marketing strategies. The role ensures that all marketing efforts are informed by data analytics and historical performance, focusing on long-term donor engagement and acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in communication strategy, marketing, or analytics.
- Proven experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically about long-term strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties of a Communication Coordinator II, including:
- Scheduling communication via email, text, push notifications, post cards, cloud calls, and social media channels.
- Coordinating media buy materials and assisting with media buys.
- Monitoring and analyzing communication and media buy performance.
- Analyze historical data and use analytics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on how to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
- Lead the evaluation of communication channels and recommend new approaches for maximizing impact.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
