If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for beauty and fragrance, we’d love to hear from you POSITION SUMMARY We’re seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in building and executing our social media presence, supporting influencer marketing initiatives, and assisting with general marketing needs. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented individual with a keen eye for design, a love for storytelling, a knack for connecting with audiences, and a positive attitude. You are a good fit for this role if you have experience in graphic design, social media, or influencer marketing. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation & Social Media Management (50%) Conceptualize and plan Instagram grid layouts, ensuring cohesive aesthetics and brand alignment. Write compelling, on-brand captions for Instagram posts. Ideate, design, and publish Instagram Stories that drive engagement and conversions. Have an eye for content creation and brainstorm, film, and edit IG Reels and TikTok videos to align with platform trends, brand voice, and the content calendar. Identify and manage relationships with current and future UGC creators. Travel to local photoshoot days to capture BTS. Influencer Marketing Support (30%) Assist in identifying and vetting influencers and content creators who align with Phlur’s brand values, across new launch initiatives and monthly new outreach. Coordinate product orders and shipping for influencer collaborations and editor restocks. Engage with the Phlur online community through comments and DM’s, fostering meaningful connections and increasing brand loyalty. General Marketing Team Support (20%) Assist the broader marketing team with coordinating and fulfilling product requests, event travel coordination, and other special projects such as assisting with presentations on an as-needed basis. Maintain in-office marketing closet, ensuring healthy levels of inventory of each SKU. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in social media, graphic design/content creation, or influencer marketing (internships included). Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok/ Experience in content creation and graphic design using tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar programs, and some video editing experience using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro. Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Passion for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
