This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing communication channels, and ensuring consistency in messaging to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities also include: Content Creation:•Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and marketing collateral.•Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality materials that resonate with the target audience.Media Relations:•Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and strategic partners•Coordinate and manage press releases, media interviews, and other publicity efforts.Email Marketing & Automation:•Implement digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and internal social advocacy programs.•Analyze digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.•Create various marketing automations to enhance productivity and allow for better lead lifecycle tracking.Internal Communication:•Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring employees are informed and aligned with marketing goals.•Develop and distribute internal communication programsWhat You'll BringMust Haves:•3+ years as a marketing specialist or similar title•Experience as a B2B copywriter, experience with startups and small businesses helpful•Experience working with outsourced copywriter or content creation teams•Proficiency in marketing software (Specifically HubSpot Marketing Hub, and Sales Pro) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).•Must be able to create and deploy automated email campaignsMust be able to build and report on HubSpot Dashboards & Reports•Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.•Understanding of marketing and sales processes.•Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.•Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.•Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability•Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions.•Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content that resonates with target audiencesNice to Haves:•Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, ZoomInfo, Zoom Webinars, MS Teams, Monday.com & Zapier for integration)•Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing or website updates.•Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.Why You'll Enjoy Working at Escalon:We offer a variety of health benefits, all available on the first day of the month following employment with us, to keep you and your family feeling fit and well.
