Marketing Assistant Job at Reggae Roofing in Miami

This is a mostly remote position. Please note that this position still requires certain in-person/on-site work, but is anywhere from 70%-80% remote.

Reggae Roofing is searching for someone responsible and motivated to join our team! As a Marketing Assistant, your responsibility will be to help spearhead marketing projects and ultimately drive more leads into the company so that our Sales Team can score more sales and our company as a whole can grow!

This is an entry level position with absolutely no experience required. We will provide whatever training and resources necessary to get your job done at a high level. Additionally, this position naturally transitions to becoming a Marketing Coordinator after 1 year.

As Marketing Assistant, your job will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Manage and keep track of allotted Marketing Budget, spending monies as necessary to conduct campaigns and drive leads to the business.
• Manage ground campaigns, such as our door hanger campaign, by generating designs for new door hangers, keeping track of A/B testing, printing and ensuring quality control on materials, and deploying them by hiring third parties
• Maintain the website with up to date information and photos based on current marketing campaigns and projects
• Promote the website via Google Ads or similar website-driven campaigns and optimize ads as necessary to drive more traffic
• Travel to job sites when necessary to film progress or finished products using drones and professional camera equipment. Create social media posts based on the photographs/videos taken
• Keep multiple spreadsheets organized and updated with information regarding Return on Ad Spend and other relevant metrics
