UI/UX Designer - Umbrava, LLC

About Umbrava:

Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designer and Engineering to define and implement innovative solutions
  • Understand complex ideas and transform the solutions into design
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototyes to effectively communicate solutions
  • Effectively act on feedback
  • Present and explain designs to peers
  • Conduct and analyze qualitative research
  • Follow and promote design guidelines, best practices, and brand consistency

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3+ years in design
  • Portfolio required
  • Proficiency in using design tools (Figma preferred)
  • Demonstrate success in creating a vision and achieving goals in the face of an evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, written and oral skills
  • Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Take ownership of work and thrives in team settings
