Job Description
Work with Product Managers, Technology team members and different partners in an Agile Scrum environment to determine strategy and ensure execution of design
Implement all design stages, from initial research to final hand-off of assets by reviewing competitive analysis and user surveys, conducting in-person interviews and usability testing, and applying analytics to design decisions.
Develop product strategy including: feature definition, user flows, wire-framing, prototype creation and IA/Site Maps.
Create final high fidelity mock-ups based on existing style guide, with an ability to create new, on brand, visual patterns.
Receive and implement feedback given, with the ability to also give design feedback to peers
Creative desidng, mix mode cart for different shopping sessions
Corporate gifting, personalized labelling
External e-commerce platform site which would need this person to help bring to life in 2026

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for multiple platforms (including responsive web and native apps)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, New Media Design, Graphic Design or related field
Proficiency in the product design process, from research, to user experience design, to visual design
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and the impact of these languages on design feasibility
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Craft, Invision, Proti.io or other UI/UX design tools
Needs to be more on UX vs UI null
