The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media marketing, have a keen eye for design, and possess a strategic mindset to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and schedule compelling content—including text posts, images, videos, and graphics—tailored to specific social media platforms and target audiences.

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Define measurable goals, identify key demographics, and craft a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with overall marketing objectives.

  • Community Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

  • Social Listening & Trend Analysis: Monitor conversations and trends across social media to stay ahead of industry shifts and adapt strategies to maintain relevancy.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns by analyzing performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Analytics Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to assess KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Platform Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Collaborate with personnel at each of our facilities to plan & collect content to advertise for our facilities and for our recruiting needs. Identify and cultivate partnerships across our and other brands to extend our reach and amplify brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Writing & Communication Skills: Excellent ability to craft engaging and persuasive content tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Visual Design Expertise: Knowledge of graphic design principles to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track, interpret, and act on performance data.

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends across social media channels.

  • Platform Expertise: In-depth familiarity with the features and functionalities of leading social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box, generate fresh ideas, and adapt quickly to evolving digital trends.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations with a track record of achieving measurable marketing goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.
