LBMC Employment Partners, LLC is looking for a dynamic and results driven to join our team as a Senior Marketing Specialist. We work in a high energy, high expectations environment. We place a focus on balancing our professional and personal responsibilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across platforms.
- Oversee the execution of SEO/SEM strategies, social media campaigns, content marketing, and email marketing to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Create and distribute compelling content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and email newsletters, to establish thought leadership and engage target audiences.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the PEO, HR outsourcing, or B2B services industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including campaign tracking, reporting, and data segmentation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create persuasive and impactful content.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
