A notable AD100 residential interior design firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Interior Designer to join their Los Angeles Firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team who thrive on creating designs that inspire the lifestyles of their clientele. The ideal candidate will manage all facets of high-end residential design for projects that are both ground up construction or full-scale renovations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal packages to include site meetings Formulate preliminary space plans, two- and three-dimensional design concepts, and sketches that integrate the client's needs. Manage communication between the firm and clients/vendors Development of custom furniture, furniture sourcing, FF&E, and sourcing of building materials. Manage purchase orders and vendor contracts for interior furnishings, fixtures and finishes. Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and up to quality standards. Manage Jr staff to include mentorship, red lining, and daily task delegation Manage filing of project and client documents

Experience: 8 -10 years of experience in a project manager/interior design role Ability to communicate seamlessly between firm and its clients, vendors, and contractors Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Studio Designer Experience selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor/window coverings, materials, and finishes. A clear understanding of building codes, construction documents, and design documents Ability to create a set of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules Has relationships with vendors and contractors Ability to manage a team of Jr staff
