Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in AI/ML-driven habit-forming applications and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex concepts into intuitive designs and has a proven track record of delivering incremental value aligned with user personas.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in UX design, with significant experience in AI/ML application design. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and delivering incremental value in prior projects. Experience designing habit-forming, data-driven applications using principles from the Hook Model, behavioral psychology, or gamification. Proven ability to implement features like variable rewards, infinite scrolling, and personalized user flows in a seamless, engaging manner. Familiarity with analyzing user behavior data to inform design decisions that drive engagement. Must provide examples of prior work on AI applications, including detailed explanations of your design process and how you delivered incremental value. Showcase how you conveyed Agile concepts and iterative releases to customers unfamiliar with this approach. Must provide examples of prior work on habit forming UX design.
Key Responsibilities :
Apply the Hook Model (Trigger, Action, Variable Reward, Investment) to create engaging, user-centered experiences that drive repeated app usage. Incorporate gamification and introduce features like badges, achievements, streaks, and immediate feedback loops to encourage user engagement and loyalty. Leverage behavioral psychology through design interfaces that utilize principles such as intermittent rewards, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), and social validation to keep users engaged. Optimize user flow with intuitive, frictionless experiences, including infinite scrolling, seamless navigation, and personalized content delivery. Create addictive micro interactions. Design small, satisfying interactions, such as animations or sound effects, to reinforce positive user behaviors. Incorporate a plan to analyze user behavior into the design plan. “Design for data” to use analytics to track user interactions and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and retention. Develop a design plan that clearly outlines increments of value over time for each tool/module in the application, aligned with specific user personas. Develop a plan that enables iterations over time across multiple tools/modules in the application that delivers quick MVPs first and enables increments of values as the users advance in their understanding, maturity level, and usage. Collaborate with the product owners and product manager to ensure each sprint delivers tangible user value in the production app. Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Create intuitive interfaces that help correct user misconceptions and facilitate a better understanding of proper processes. Collaborate on personalization by working closely with the product and data teams to deliver personalized experiences powered by AI/ML. Design seamless experiences that incorporate AI and machine learning, making complex analytics feel invisible to the user.
