Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Administrative Assistance and Office Administration experience Proficiency in managing office equipment and ability to answer phones along with speak to walk in clients Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of basic office software and tools Ability to work well in a team environment Experience in the technology or home entertainment industry is a plus Quickbooks Expert is a must
