THE ROLE YA-MAN USA LTD is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and enhancing brand success. This dynamic position requires a highly analytical, strategic, and results-driven professional passionate about digital marketing, data insights, and innovation. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of our paid media and SEO strategies, while cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to scale, drive revenue, and position YA-MAN as a leader in the beauty-tech space. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PPC Management: Design, implement, and manage highly targeted PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon ads. Develop strategies that maximize conversions and ROI within a competitive legal market. Regularly analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, keywords, and creative assets to improve results. Create compelling ad copy and oversee landing page optimizations to align with campaign goals. Set up and manage tracking systems to capture accurate data and connect PPC results to client acquisition metrics. Paid Media Strategy & Advertising: Develop and implement effective paid media marketing strategies, including organic content, paid campaigns, and targeted ads, to increase visibility, grow engagement, and drive measurable results. Video & Photo Production: Oversee the creation of professional video and photo content by working with contractors to produce high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and communications. Digital Advertising & SEO: Collaborate with contracted service providers to manage Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and SEO efforts, driving website traffic and expanding reach to new audiences. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital strategies. Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and improve results. SEO Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a strategic SEO roadmap that incorporates on-page enhancements and technical optimizations. Create compelling, high-quality content optimized for search engines, including blog articles, landing pages, and other website assets. Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover opportunities for boosting organic visibility and staying competitive. Implement SEO best practices, such as schema markup, mobile-first design, and site speed improvements, to ensure peak performance across all devices. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and ensure content aligns with organizational goals and standards. Regularly produce blog content tailored to client needs and legal industry trends, driving engagement and organic traffic growth. Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to inspire fresh, innovative approaches to content creation and optimization. Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of SEO initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement. EDUCATION AND SKILL Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience creating clear, engaging, and professional content. Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, including paid campaigns, ad management, and analytics across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Experience producing and managing video and photo content creation. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and solutions. Highly organized with experience managing production schedules and workflows. Experience in education, philanthropy, or nonprofit communications is a plus. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES A deep understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising, and SEO best practices. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
