Position Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Video Editor to join our team. This role is pivotal in bringing our brand stories to life through compelling video content. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, highly skilled in capturing and editing video, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with our company. Key Responsibilities: Videography Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, pre-roll/CTV, and marketing campaigns. Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute video projects. Scout locations, manage shoot logistics and ensure a smooth production process. Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with brand standards and project objectives. Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance storytelling. Color correct, balance audio, and finalize videos for publication across multiple platforms. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Content Collaboration Work with team members to develop creative briefs and storyboards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new techniques to improve video production quality. Ensure all video content is optimized for different platforms and adheres to brand guidelines. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 2 years of experience in videography and video editing. Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar. Technical Skills: Skilled in operating cameras, drones, and other video equipment. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques. Familiarity with motion graphics software. Creative Skills: Exceptional storytelling ability through video. Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics.
