Sleight Advertising is seeking a Video Producer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will strategically create content for integrated campaigns working across traditional, digital, and social media. Educational Requirements & Qualifications - Associates Degree or equivalent certification - Minimum 1 year of full-time experience - Proficient in video production & editing - Expert-level capability with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder & Photoshop) Responsibilities - Create TV, web, & social videos - Assist with video productions (lighting, audio, & camera operation) - Compress & deliver TV commercials, web & socials media videos Personal Attributes - Collaborative spirit with the ability to work with team members - Openness for constructive feedback - Self-motivated and proactive - Desire to learn and advance in responsibilities - Strong organization skills and attention to detail - Dependable and drama-free The package includes salary, performance bonuses, year-end bonuses, 401k, and medical insurance.
