Compensation:$45,000 - $69,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do:
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content ideas for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create high-quality, engaging videos and posts that capture attention and deliver value to our audience.
- Edit video content with precision and flair, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone and visual standards.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to consistently improve performance.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with our overall goals and strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize reach and engagement.
- Follow brand guidelines and provide value to viewers.
- Review analytics and trends to make necessary adjustments for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is creative, resourceful, and passionate about media.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube and Instagram content creation and management.
- Strong skills in video editing and, ideally, shooting video.
- A self-starter with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to turn concepts into engaging content.
- A deep understanding of audience behavior on YouTube and Instagram.
