Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and strategically minded Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director to join our Creative Department on a freelance basis. This individual will be crucial in enhancing our conceptual thinking and driving innovative advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to present and sell ideas while also providing design support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization of advertising campaigns, ensuring that ideas are strategically sound and aligned with client objectives.
  2. Art Direction: Provide guidance and direction on design projects, assisting with the art direction workload as needed to maintain high creative standards.
  3. Presentation Skills: Present and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the strategic rationale behind concepts and designs.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop cohesive and compelling creative solutions.
  5. Strategic Insight: Apply strong strategic understanding to inform creative decisions, ensuring that all work is relevant and impactful for target audiences.
  6. Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.
  7. Passion for Advertising: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, demonstrating a genuine passion for the work and the advertising field.

Qualifications:
