Responsibilities:

• Creating visually compelling graphics, icons, and branding elements that align with project goals and target audience.
• Developing style guides, design systems, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to integrate visual design elements into user interfaces and interactive experiences.
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and design critiques to refine and iterate on visual designs.
• Ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Education, Degrees, and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a visual designer for a large-scale project.

Preferred:

• Active IRS MBI Clearance.

Location:

• This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.
