Responsibilities

1. Draft compelling responses for assigned proposals, tailoring content to the client
2. Assess and edit proposal responses for consistency and compliance
3. Liaise with business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
4. Solicit feedback from experts and stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal drafts
5. Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency through proposal development
6. Contribute to a comprehensive content library to streamline future proposal efforts
7. Gather necessary materials from stakeholders to assist with client calls

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2. 3+ years of relevant professional experience
3. Experience managing complex RFP responses
4. Able to work independently with strong initiative
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent project management skills
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Fluent in RFP software, preferably Responsive/RFPio
