As a remote Marketing Proposal Manager / Writer at Morley, you'll:
- Produce marketing communications across all paid, earned and owned channels
- Lead and collaborate with SMEs to help them turn technical content into a compelling narrative
- Convey why clients should select us as a trusted business partner
What You’ll Do
Proposals & Presentations
- Act as lead writer and manager of the proposal and presentation development process
- Support other writers, including subject matter experts (SMEs), as they develop copy
- Review copy and final submissions for brand and message compliance
- Create and execute a project plan for each proposal and presentation:
- Deliver the intent to bid
- Develop a timeline to create sustained momentum during proposal development
- Leverage existing project management software (Asana)
- Manage the Deal Team channel (Microsoft Teams)
- Collect and submit SME questions associated with bids
- Define roles and responsibilities by coordinating decentralized SME teams
- Schedule progress report meetings
- Coordinate MSA / legal redline review with our in-house counsel
- Submit proposals through client e-sourcing software
- Coordinate presentation development with SMEs and internal creative resources
- Schedule rehearsals with the presentation team
Marketing
- Develop content for the website, marketing materials, social media and other marketing deliverables as part of the marketing team
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the brand
Administration
- Oversee client e-sourcing account administration
- Maintain the RFx response knowledge base
- Manage the proposal and presentation archive
- Track RFP data and win rate
- Manage proposal software

Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven or more years' experience in proposal or marketing writing
- Writing samples
- Able to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, as well as after standard work hours as needed. May need to perform weekend work as required to complete high-priority projects.

- MBA
- Work experience soliciting Fortune 500 companies
- Knowledge of project management software, such as Asana
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
