CTE Teacher Videographer/Video Production Instructor Job Description

The Leuzinger High School Multimedia Careers Academy (MCA) is seeking a Videographer/Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher in the field of Arts, Media, and Entertainment with specific focus on Design, Visual, & Media Arts. The Multimedia Careers Academy is a small learning community that provides students a foundation in digital and media arts for 9th and 10th grades and then builds into three areas of focus: photography, video, or game production. This position will provide instruction in courses that may include Drawing and Digital Art, Introduction to Media Arts, Video Production I and/or Digital Video Production II, but will focus on the development of the video production sub-pathway, the student-led television program, and supporting professional work-based learning opportunities with industry partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years professional experience in the Arts, Media, and Entertainment field
  • CTE Credential OR
  • CTE credential eligibility (Teacher must enroll in CTE courses and commit to credential completion to be considered for employment)
