What We're Looking For:

We need a Google Ads Manager for a remote, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that drive high ROI. This role requires independence and proactive problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the setup and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance targets.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to maximize targeting and drive conversions.
  • Compelling Ad Copywriting: Create persuasive, conversion-focused ad copy.
  • Ad Extensions Optimization: Manage ad extensions to boost visibility and click-through rates.
  • Budget and Bid Optimization: Monitor and adjust budgets and bids to optimize campaign cost-effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Regularly run A/B tests to refine ad elements and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for both clients and internal teams.
  • Stay Updated: Keep current with Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm updates, applying this knowledge to maintain competitive campaigns.
