Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the client solutions and account management team in pre-event scale up data and nudges to advertisers.
  2. Troubleshoot campaign issues and work with internal teams to closure; understand and execute escalation process if needed.
  3. Support in resolving search advertising related issues and inquiries.
  4. Ensure campaigns are set up and running smoothly based on various aligned targeting, pacing, and optimization strategies.
  5. Perform qualitative audits, support deep dives, and campaign performance reviews.
  6. Conduct trainings or walkthroughs for new external partners leveraging standard playbooks on search tools, products, and features.

About the Team

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Advertising Specialist to support and scale our growing search advertising business. You will work with the sales, client solutions team, and other Amazon business partners to ensure business continuity and repeats, sound redressal of tech and other concerns, and deliver positive return on investment for our emerging and growing advertisers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms (e.g., Google / Adobe Analytics).
  3. Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau.
  4. Experience in managing, evaluating, analyzing data quickly and creating meaningful business reporting.
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  6. Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Proven competency in SQL querying and scripting, coupled with advanced macro programming skills for data manipulation and analysis.
