Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the annual advertising production calendar and agency staff to deliver successful execution of content creation for new model advertising campaigns.
    1. Strong execution of project management techniques to develop and maintain project plans with agency teams.
    2. Identify dependencies and constraints related to campaign plans, clearing constraints as required to maintain project timelines.
    3. Consistently distribute production calendars to management and stakeholders, including executive level summaries of any updates.
  2. Lead pre-production planning activities including:
    1. Establish, align, and distribute production timelines to relevant stakeholders; ensuring stakeholders are current with critical milestones.
    2. Manage agency in selection and sourcing of location, wardrobe, and talent aligned to overall advertising campaign strategy and positioning.
    3. Host recurring logistics and planning meetings to ensure proper communication prior to production.
    4. Coordinate the preparation and staging of vehicles and props to be utilized during production.
  3. Attend and serve as lead Kawasaki representative on all advertising production shoots, confirming:
    1. On-site approvals including execution of established advertising compliance guidelines.
    2. General support related to advertising production and direction.
    3. Creative execution is performed as planned.
    4. Identify opportunities for improved creative while on-site.
  4. Manage post-production activities related to reviewing, proofing, routing, distributing, and publishing advertising content; providing context to stakeholders as required related to creative execution against established plans.
  5. Support Brand Communications Manager in overall planning and strategy related to advertising production during the campaign planning process.
  6. Support Brand Communication Manager in oversight of advertising production budget, reconciliation, and invoice processing/management.
  7. Manage assets related to advertising production including proper documentation and inventory management of wardrobe, props, and logistical support materials. Maintain a log of all items and their related locations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four-year college is required; and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training in a marketing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Approximate percentage of travel required: 30-50%.
