JOB SUMMARY
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sales Executive at MPG Media located in Louisville, KY. You will be responsible for cultivating high-level client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex sales negotiations. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in mentoring junior sales staff and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
EXPERIENCE: 8+ Years of Sales Experience – Preferably Advertising and Media sales
SALARY PAY RANGE: $75,000-$85,000
UNCAPPED COMMISSION: 3%-5% Net Revenue
+ PROFIT SHARING OPPORTUNITIES.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure high-value business opportunities.
- Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MPG's vendor partners to foster long-lasting and mutually beneficial business collaborations.
- Lead and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for long-term growth and implement new business strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Conduct persuasive and compelling sale presentations to showcase MPG Media’s advertising solutions.
- Attend industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the media and advertising industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of advertising and media solutions and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior sales staff.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
