Company Overview:

White Whale Solutions (“Whale”), a WBE Certified Woman Owned strategic marketing and analytics agency based in Tampa, FL with clients across the U.S., is seeking to find the perfect Account Manager candidate to join our growing team.

We are a full-service marketing and analytics agency focused on utilities, pharmaceuticals, and banking. Whale is seeking a candidate who has the unique blend of account management, account development, and creativity to grow all accounts and assist other Account Managers & Coordinators on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account management, leadership, and revenue generation processes.
  2. Communicate effectively with both senior-level and marketing support personnel.
  3. Utilize analytics (segmentation, customer analytics) to enhance account performance.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum two (2) years of full-time account management, coordination, and/or marketing management experience.
  3. Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  4. Understanding of advertising best practices.
  5. Direct mail & print production experience is a huge advantage.
  6. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to take initiative and collaborate.
  8. Strategic mindset and ability to bring strategy to life.
  9. Design skills or the ability to sketch concepts is valuable.
  10. Able to build strong client relationships built on mutual trust and understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $52,000+

Bonus Compensation: Company-wide profit sharing, revenue & new business bonuses.
