As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
  2. Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.
  3. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  4. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate.
  5. Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions.
  6. Travel – Conduct regular in-person meetings which will require travel by car and could require travel outside of the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College, required.
  2. A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  3. A current and valid driver’s license is required.
  4. Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  1. Success in building long-term relationships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
  2. Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
  3. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
  5. Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.

This position offers a base salary of $80,000, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commissions. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
