Anchor Banding - 3rd Shift - Centralia, MO
Assembler/Bander will be required to set-up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment to produce and/or prepare for shipment a good quality product. Examples of machines and equipment include nutting, banding, strapping, wrapping, and other departmental equipment.
Processes performed will include assembling, painting, palletizing, filing, bundling, banding, nutting, sorting, twisting, and deburring.
Operator may be required to make visual inspections, separate parts, identify, tag, count, record production, record scrap, keep required production records, and perform other operations as required.
Operator must have the ability to satisfactorily perform SPC as required.
Operator will be required to maintain machines, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for a minimum of eight hours.
- Ability to walk, see, and have full use of both hands.
- Ability to perform highly repetitive work with heavy weights and degrees of vibration from the equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to above the waist and then place on timbers.
- Ability to hold a stapling machine in one hand, position it, and staple the item.
- These physical requirements are generalities and work may occasionally exceed the specified levels.
